    What conditions apply for renting a Living Lake motorcycle?

    VESPA 125 Primavera ABS: To drive the Living Lake Vespa 125 Primavera ABS, you must be 18 years of age and be in possession of a valid “A” or “B” driving licence.

    How can I pay?

    Once you have made an online reservation, you will receive a confirmation email containing the instructions for payment that should be made by bank transfer within 7 days of booking.

    What is the cancellation policy?

    You can cancel your reservation up to 30 days before the date of collection without incurring any penalties. In this case, 100% of the sum paid will be returned. If cancellation occurs 29 to 10 days before collection, 50% of the amount paid will be returned and the remaining 50% will be retained as a penalty. If cancellation occurs after this time, no refund will be possible.

    What happens if the vehicle breaks down?

    If the fault has not been caused by the driver’s inexperience, the vehicle will be replaced with one of the same level or higher. If an alternative isn’t available, the remaining days of rental will be reimbursed.

    To all effects, rainy days are considered as normal rental days.
