Once you have made an online reservation you will receive a confirmation email containing the instructions for the payment to be made by bank transfer within 7 days of your booking.
Cancellations can be made up to 30 days prior to collection of the vessel, with no penalties. In such cases a 100% refund is made. Where the cancellation is maddee from 29-10 days before collection of the vessel, a 50% refund is made, the remaining 50% forfeited as a penalty. When the cancellation is made less than 10 days before collection of the vessel, no refund is payable.
No, there is no mileage limit.
Where engine failure has not been caused by the driver of the vessel, a replacement vessel will be provided. Should no replacement vessel be available a full refund of the hire fee will be made.
